### Key Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries related to online banking services, account management, and transactions in Italian.
-   Assist clients with account setup, password resets, transaction inquiries, and dispute resolution.
-   Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security protocols while handling sensitive information.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly with a focus on delivering excellent service.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
-   Stay informed about new banking products, services, and online security measures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.

-   Previous experience in customer service within the banking or financial sector is preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of online banking platforms and financial products.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
-   Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and banking compliance requirements.
-   Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support customers across different time zones.
