In this role, you will deliver top-quality assistance to players, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to enhance their gaming experience. Your passion for gaming and outstanding communication skills will help build a supportive and engaging player community.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide efficient and professional support to Spanish-speaking players across multiple channels such as email, chat, and social media.
-   Investigate and resolve account, gameplay, and technical issues promptly.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of player interactions and support cases.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex player issues and improve customer satisfaction.
-   Gather and communicate player feedback to Riot Games’ development teams.
-   Promote a positive, inclusive gaming environment through empathetic communication.
-   Stay updated on Riot Games’ products, updates, and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Native language and nationality must be specified in your application.
-   Excellent communication and customer support skills.
-   Previous experience in player support or customer service roles preferred.
-   Strong passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture.
-   Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience with customer support tools and gaming platforms is a plus.
-   Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support provided.
