**  
Steel Department Laborer**

**Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour**  
**Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Available**

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Steel Department Laborers to join a growing production team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays busy, and takes pride in being part of a team.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and willing to learn. Previous manufacturing or steel industry experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate.

**Job Responsibilities:**

-   Assist with daily operations within the steel department.
-   Handle, move, and organize steel materials and products.
-   Load and unload materials as needed.
-   Assist machine operators and other department employees.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-   Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
-   Perform general labor duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

-   Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
-   Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
-   Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
-   Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
-   Previous manufacturing or steel experience is a plus but not required.

**What We Offer:**
