## Description

Apt Resources is seeking a skilled and passionate Hairdresser to join our client's premium beauty salon in Montenegro, Europe. The ideal candidate has experience providing a wide range of hair services while delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive client experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide professional hair cutting, styling, blow-drying, and finishing services for both men and women.
-   Perform hair coloring, highlighting, bleaching, toning, and color correction services.
-   Offer hair treatments, including deep conditioning, keratin, and scalp treatments.
-   Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles, colors, and treatments.
-   Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation for all tools and workstations.
-   Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
-   Promote and recommend salon products and services to clients.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
-   Assist in maintaining salon inventory and reporting product shortages.

## Requirements

### **Requirements**

-   Minimum **2 years of professional experience** as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist.
-   Certificate or diploma in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
-   Proficient in haircutting, hair coloring, styling, and chemical treatments.
-   Experience with modern coloring techniques such as balayage, ombré, highlights, and color correction is an advantage.
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
-   Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
-   Professional appearance and positive attitude.
-   Willingness to relocate and work in Europe.

## Benefits

EUR 1,000–1,200/month net salary (depending on experience) + performance bonus + accommodation
