## Description

### Your Responsibilities:

-   Respond to inbound customer inquiries in Croatian through various communication channels.
-   Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
-   Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
-   Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

## Requirements

### Requirements:

-   Fluency in Croatian (C1/C2 level or native speaker);
-   Good command of English (B2 level);
-   Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus;
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
-   Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively;
-   Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software;
-   Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
