## Description

**Principal SAP Consultant – Plant Maintenance (EAM)**

### **Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced Principal **SAP Consultant (Plant Maintenance / EAM)** with strong domain expertise in maintenance, engineering, and manufacturing processes. The role involves leading SAP S/4HANA implementations, managing global deployments, and driving integration across multiple SAP modules.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead **SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM)** implementations and global template deployments.
-   Act as **Solution Architect / Functional Lead** for SAP initiatives, including rollout across multiple geographies.
-   Serve as **Single Point of Contact (SPOC)** for regional deployments (e.g., APAC manufacturing sites).
-   Design and configure SAP PM solutions integrated with:

-   FICO
-   PS (Project Systems)
-   MM (Materials Management)
-   QM (Quality Management)

-   Drive **end-to-end project delivery** including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live support.
-   Manage and collaborate with **cross-functional stakeholders** across multiple time zones.
-   Lead **project management activities** for digital and operational initiatives.
-   Implement and support advanced solutions such as:

-   SAP Asset Manager
-   SAP MII
-   Mobility applications (Fiori, Neptune, SAP Edge)
-   Third-party scheduling tools (e.g., Prometheus)

### **Required Skills & Expertise**

-   Strong hands-on experience in **SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)**.
-   Deep understanding of **manufacturing, maintenance, and MRP processes**.
-   Proven expertise in **SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects**.
-   Experience in **system integrations across SAP modules**.
-   Knowledge of **mobility solutions and scheduling tools** in SAP landscape.
-   Ability to handle **complex, multi-country deployments**.

## Requirements

### **Experience**

-   **20+ years of experience** in plant maintenance and SAP consulting.
-   Proven track record of implementing **multiple SAP projects across global locations**, including:

-   China
-   India
-   South Korea
-   Thailand
-   USA
-   Singapore

### **Industry Exposure**

-   Manufacturing
-   Chemicals
-   Pharmaceuticals
-   Defense

### **Education**

-   Advanced Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent)

### **Key Competencies**

-   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-   Leadership in global and cross-cultural project environments
-   Problem-solving and analytical thinking
-   Ability to manage complex transformation programs

### **Nice to Have**

-   Experience with **Prometheus Scheduling Solution**
-   Exposure to **SAP MII and Asset Manager**

-   Project management experience in **infrastructure or facility transformation projects**
