### Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Manager

**Sanford, FL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday**

### $20–$25/Hour Based on Experience | PTO + Paid Holidays

Are you an experienced warehouse professional who knows how to keep inventory organized, shipments moving, and a team operating efficiently?

A fast-growing **water filtration distribution and service company in Sanford, FL** is seeking a dependable and proactive **Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Manager** to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes ownership of their department, understands shipping and receiving, and can maintain accurate inventory while supporting a busy field service operation.

### What You'll Do

### Shipping & Receiving

-   Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of water filtration systems, components, parts, and service equipment
-   Coordinate deliveries and pickups with vendors, freight carriers, and field service teams
-   Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
-   Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies
-   Package and process daily orders using **UPS WorldShip, LTL carriers, and accounting software**

### Inventory Management

-   Maintain accurate inventory records
-   Oversee organization and storage of products, parts, and equipment
-   Conduct regular cycle counts
-   Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
-   Ensure products and service parts are properly stocked and accessible

### Warehouse Leadership

-   Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate daily responsibilities
-   Train team members on proper equipment and product handling
-   Establish accountability for accuracy, productivity, organization, and safety
-   Help maintain an efficient workflow throughout the warehouse

### Field Service Support

-   Prepare and stage equipment and supplies for field technicians
-   Coordinate with service departments to ensure equipment is ready according to schedule
-   Receive, inspect, and properly restock returned equipment
-   Help ensure field teams have the materials needed to complete scheduled work

### Safety & Organization

-   Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse
-   Follow and enforce company and OSHA safety standards
-   Ensure proper handling and storage of water treatment components and chemicals

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

-   **3+ years of warehouse management experience preferred**
-   Previous distribution, logistics, or field-service support experience strongly preferred
-   Strong leadership and organizational skills
-   Shipping and receiving experience
-   Inventory management experience
-   Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-   Ability to operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
-   Valid driver's license
-   Ability to successfully complete required background screening

### Experience With Any of the Following Is a Plus

-   UPS WorldShip
-   NetSuite
-   Microsoft Office
-   LTL freight
-   Field service operations
-   Water treatment or filtration equipment
-   Plumbing/HVAC/service-industry inventory
-   Technical parts and equipment distribution
