## Description

As part of our continued growth, **Neo Group is recruiting on behalf of one of our local partners**, leveraging our network of 1,400 talented professionals across 10+ countries. We are on the lookout for a **Lead Brand Designer** to join our **Design Department.**

**Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and refine brand assets such as typography, color palettes, guidelines, and design templates.
-   Own and evolve the visual identity across all brands and products.
-   Create visual materials to support brand communication and internal needs.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
-   Lead brand consistency across all touchpoints (SMM, CRM, product, marketing).
-   Define and maintain brand guidelines and ensure their correct implementation.
-   Review and provide feedback on design outputs to maintain high quality standards.
-   Drive creative direction for campaigns, launches, and key visuals.
-   Support and mentor designers in brand-related tasks.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in brand design or similar role.
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual identity work.
-   Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
-   Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines.
-   Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into visual solutions.
-   Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
-   Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

-   Experience in performance marketing.
-   Experience working with motion or 3D teams.
-   Experience leading or mentoring designers.
-   Understanding of marketing funnels and user behavior.
