The position includes a fully paid relocation package to Sofia, providing support for a smooth transition to Bulgaria’s capital city. As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with Latvian-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive success.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Latvian and English is required; please specify your native language and nationality in your C.V. or cover letter.
-   Experience in customer service, consultancy, or customer solutions roles.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective client relationships.
-   Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills to deliver customized client solutions.
-   Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation support offered.
