## Description

**Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!**

**Sign on bonus: $1,250.**

_Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)_

**Strating pay $21-25/ hour**

_Depending on experience and shift._

**Key Responsibilities:**

·Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.

· Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

· Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.

· Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.

· Participate in training and support team development.

· Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

**12-hour shift:** 5PM – 5AM

Monday - Thursday OR Friday - Sunday

Overtime opportunities available

## Requirements

-   Strong attention to detail
-   Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
-   Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
-   Ability to perform in a hot environment
-   Effective communication with team members
