**Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 2800000 (ie INR 5 - 28 LPA)**

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Architecture & Design**

-   Oversee the complete solution architecture of enterprise applications utilizing .NET technologies.
-   Create systems that are scalable, secure, and highly available, incorporating cloud-native services.
-   Integrate AI/ML functionalities within applications, such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent automation.

-   **Technical Leadership**

-   Provide guidance to development teams on best practices, frameworks, and coding standards.
-   Evaluate solution designs and code to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines.
-   Mentor engineers and actively support skill development in .NET and AI technologies.

-   **Stakeholder Management**

-   Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.
-   Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and suggestions effectively to senior management.

-   **Innovation & Modernization**

-   Keep abreast of the latest technology trends, with a focus on AI and cloud-native development.
-   Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for AI-driven features such as chatbots, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
-   Facilitate cloud adoption processes and drive the modernization of legacy applications.

**Required Skills & Experience**

-   **Technical Expertise**

-   Over 10 years of experience designing and building enterprise solutions with **.NET / .NET Core, C#,** [**ASP.NET**](http://asp.net/) **MVC/Web API, and Entity Framework**.
-   Strong proficiency in **SQL Server** and database design principles.
-   Practical experience with **cloud platforms (preferably Azure, with AWS/GCP as optional)**.
-   Familiarity with **AI/ML frameworks and concepts** such as Azure AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms.
-   Experience working with Langchain or comparable frameworks.
-   Hands-on experience developing AI solutions based on large language models (LLM).

-   **Architecture Skills**

-   Deep understanding of **microservices architecture, event-driven design, API design, and REST/GraphQL technologies**.
-   Knowledge of **DevOps methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes**.
-   A solid grasp of **security standards, compliance requirements, and performance tuning**.

-   **Soft Skills**

-   Strong communication abilities and effective stakeholder engagement.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities.
-   Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring software developers.
