### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative **Talent Business Partner** to join our European Talent team. In this role, you will work closely with local country Talent/HR representatives to ensure a consistent, high‑quality employee experience across our European offices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both operational HR work and contributing to strategic people initiatives in an international environment,

### Responsibilities

-   Coordinate onboarding, contract preparation, contractual changes, and offboarding across European offices.
-   Ensure employee records are accurate and aligned with employment law and internal policies.
-   Collaborate closely with local country HR representatives.
-   Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
-   Ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution in partnership with local teams and in line with local legislation.
-   Support organizational changes, including restructures, team transitions, role redesigns, and cultural initiatives.
-   Help leaders manage change effectively through communication and process support.
-   Work with managers and directors to plan and implement development activities and career pathways.
-   Support the Learning & Development team with training delivery and logistics.
-   Support annual performance reviews and salary cycles.
-   Prepare documentation, validate data, and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
-   Guide managers and employees throughout the process to ensure smooth execution.
-   Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
-   Ensure consistency and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
-   Partner with Talent/HR colleagues across Europe to share knowledge, standardize processes, and promote best practices.
-   Build strong relationships with business leaders and teams to understand workforce needs and provide HR support.
-   Contribute to regional Talent initiatives and support evolving business priorities.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in a broad HR role (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Business Partner), ideally within a matrixed or international environment.
-   Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple countries and cultures.
-   Solid understanding of HR processes, the employee lifecycle, and best practices in people operations.
-   Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong time‑management abilities.
-   A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and client service.
-   High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
-   Learning agility and the ability to research, absorb, and apply new knowledge quickly.
-   Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken) at a professional level.
-   Tech‑savvy, with experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and strong proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
