## Description

Our top client is looking for a talented **Graphic Designer** who thrives in a performance-driven environment and can take projects from concept to completion with minimal direction.

In this role, you’ll design high-impact **static and multimedia assets** with a direct-response focus, collaborating with creative, strategy, and account teams to deliver ad creatives, email campaigns, landing pages, and social content that convert.

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and creative direction.
-   Design and produce static ad creatives and digital assets for paid social campaigns.
-   Create engaging multimedia content, including GIFs, animated banners, and short-form videos for advertising.
-   Partner with creative strategy and media buying teams to develop concepts informed by performance data.
-   Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and ensure adherence to client brand guidelines.
-   Use tools like **Adobe Creative Suite** and **Figma** to produce high-quality assets.
-   Perform photo editing, retouching, and source stock imagery as needed.
-   Stay current on design trends, platform best practices, and emerging tools.
-   Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
-   Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine and improve creative assets.

## Requirements

**hat We’re Looking For:**

-   2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment.
-   Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and **Figma**.
-   Strong understanding of brand identity and design consistency across digital platforms.
-   Experience creating visual assets for **paid advertising and social media**.
-   Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
-   Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with creative and strategy teams.
-   Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
