## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a paid relocation package. This role offers the chance to live and work in the historic and vibrant city of Athens while playing a critical role in maintaining a safe and positive online environment for our French-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content according to company standards and policies.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in French to ensure it adheres to community guidelines.
-   Accurately classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies.
-   Identify inappropriate or harmful content and escalate issues when necessary.
-   Provide regular feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation processes.
-   Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality moderation standards.
-   Stay updated on company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation and community engagement.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and maintain confidentiality.
-   Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
