For Season **2027,** we are looking for a passionate Assistant Waiter to join the **Nido**  team in **Corfu.** 

**The Role** 

As an **Assistant Waiter,** you will play an important role in delivering warm, attentive and professional service that reflects MarBella's five-star standards. 

Working closely with the restaurant team, you will support the preparation, service and overall smooth running of the outlet, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. 

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines a positive, outgoing personality with strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

## Requirements

**A Day in the Job** 

Great service is built on attentiveness, teamwork and consistency. 

**Here's what a typical day at Nido could look like:** 

-   You confidently serve guests according to brand standards, always looking for ways to go above and beyond their expectations. 

-   You apply basic food hygiene principles and always work in a safe and hygienic manner. 

-   You carry out the preparatory work and restoration of the restaurant before and after service. 

-   You set and clear tables according to brand standards. 

-   You develop strong knowledge of all food and beverage products, so you can confidently describe them to guests. 

-   You confidently serve food and beverage orders in line with brand standards. 

-   You complete all side duties and ensure cleaning schedules are followed according to the daily checklists. 

**Is This You?** 

**Essential qualifications:** 

-   Previous professional experience in an equivalent hotel, restaurant or café environment. 

-   Good command of English or any additional languages will be considered an asset. 

-   Punctual, organised and able to work well under pressure. 

-   An outgoing personality and a natural team player. 

**Additional qualifications – a plus:** 

-   Graduate of a Hospitality and Tourism School.
