## Description

ScholarTrip is seeking an experienced Group Travel Specialist to join our team in Plano, TX. This full-time role supports group and educational travel programs, coordinating complex domestic and international arrangements from initial planning through trip completion. **Salary: $26–$32/hour**

**Duties**  
• Coordinate domestic and international group travel.  
• Manage airfare, hotel, and transportation arrangements.  
• Develop and maintain detailed group itineraries.  
• Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.  
• Manage booking changes, deadlines, and traveler details.  
• Provide ongoing support before and during travel.

**Qualifications**  
• 3+ years of travel industry experience.  
• Experience coordinating group or educational travel.  
• Strong knowledge of airline booking procedures.  
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
• Ability to manage multiple complex bookings simultaneously.

**Extra Skills (Optional)**  
• Experience with GDS reservation systems.  
• Knowledge of international travel requirements.  
• Experience working with universities or student groups.
