About the Role**

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands. The ideal candidate is skilled in designing high-performing email campaigns, Amazon listing creatives, and digital assets that drive engagement and sales. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our brand visuals are consistent, conversion-focused, and optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design and produce visually compelling email marketing creatives, including layouts, headers, GIFs, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
-   Create optimized Amazon listing images, infographics, A+ content, and storefront visuals to improve conversion rates and brand storytelling.
-   Develop and maintain brand assets across digital channels, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
-   Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and eCommerce teams to translate campaign briefs into impactful visuals.
-   Adapt designs for various platforms — web, mobile, and social media ads.
-   Stay current on DTC design trends, email design best practices, and Amazon creative standards.
-   Manage multiple design projects with quick turnaround while maintaining high-quality standards.

-   Improved CTR and conversion rates from email campaigns.
-   Increased engagement and sales from Amazon listings.
-   Consistent delivery of on-brand, high-quality design assets.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a DTC or eCommerce environment.
-   Proven experience designing for email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
-   Strong portfolio showcasing Amazon listing and A+ content designs.
-   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
-   Understanding of conversion-driven design principles and UX fundamentals.
-   Knowledge of Amazon image requirements and best practices.
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**

-   Experience with motion graphics or GIF animation for emails and Amazon listings.
-   Familiarity with Shopify or DTC website design.
-   Experience collaborating with photographers and content creators.
-   Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.
