## Description

### What is your mission?

We are looking for a **Financial Systems Analyst** to support the migration from Sage Intacct to Workday while ensuring financial process continuity, data integrity, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for Workday Financials implementation, financial data migration, process optimisation, workflow automation, system testing, business process analysis, and post-implementation support to enhance finance operations and reporting capabilities.

**You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:**

-   Support the migration from Sage Intacct to Workday, ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption to finance processes
-   Assist with the configuration, validation, testing, and deployment of Workday Financial modules
-   Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), workflow validation, and finance process testing activities
-   Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure system configurations align with business and finance requirements
-   Analyse existing accounting and finance processes to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and operational improvement
-   Evaluate business workflows and recommend process enhancements using Workday capabilities
-   Support the design and implementation of a more scalable and efficient finance operating model
-   Perform financial data mapping, cleansing, migration, and validation activities across legacy and new systems
-   Ensure the accurate migration of chart of accounts, transaction data, vendor records, customer records, and historical financial information
-   Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to maintain financial data integrity and reporting accuracy
-   Identify opportunities to automate reporting, reconciliations, and recurring finance processes
-   Collaborate on the implementation of automation solutions, workflow enhancements, and AI-enabled process improvements
-   Develop standardised workflows that reduce manual effort and improve consistency across finance operations
-   Serve as a liaison between Finance, HR, Payroll, IT teams, and system implementation partners
-   Document financial workflows, business requirements, system configurations, data mappings, and transformation processes
-   Prepare status updates and support reporting on migration progress, readiness, and implementation milestones
-   Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements related to financial systems and data management
-   Assist with Workday go-live, system stabilisation, issue resolution, and post-implementation optimisation
-   Monitor system effectiveness and recommend ongoing enhancements to improve performance and user experience

## Requirements

### Who are we looking for?

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
-   Proven experience supporting or participating in Workday implementations, Workday migrations, or financial systems transformation projects
-   Strong background in accounting processes, financial reporting, and finance operations
-   Experience with financial data migration, data validation, data cleansing, and financial systems workflows
-   Strong understanding of financial data flows across Finance, HR, and Payroll functions
-   Experience analysing business requirements and translating operational needs into system solutions
-   Knowledge of Workday Financials, finance system configuration, testing, and deployment processes
-   Experience with Sage Intacct or participation in Sage Intacct to Workday migration projects is highly preferred
-   Experience supporting digital transformation, enterprise system implementation, or finance process improvement initiatives
-   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and data validation activities
-   Experience working in multi-entity, shared services, or cross-functional business environments is preferred
-   Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-   Strong organisational, documentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities
-   Ability to work independently, manage deliverables, and adapt within a dynamic project environment
-   Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation, efficiency, and operational excellence
