**About the Role**

You'll support Dutch-speaking SquareTrade customers, helping them with insurance claims, product protection plans, and general account enquiries. You'll be the reassuring voice customers rely on, making the claims process as simple and stress-free as possible.

No insurance experience? No problem. You'll receive full training before you get started.

**Your Daily Tasks Will Include:**

-   Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
-   Guiding customers through insurance claims and protection plans
-   Resolving complaints quickly, accurately, and with empathy
-   Explaining products, policies, and processes in a simple, easy-to-understand way
-   Updating customer records and documenting cases accurately
-   Working across multiple systems while maintaining high-quality service
-   Collaborating with an international team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

## Requirements

**What You Need:**

-   Excellent communication skills in Dutch and good English (spoken and written)
-   A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
-   Great listening skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly
-   Confidence using multiple computer systems and digital tools
-   A keen eye for detail and a sense of ownership in your work
-   Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
