## Description

Key Responsibilities:

\- Source, attract, and engage top IT talent for clients across the APAC region, with a focus on India

\- Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates, clients, and partners in India

\- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks

\- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication

\- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences

\- Meet and exceed recruitment targets, goals, and KPIs

## Requirements

\- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field

\- Strong knowledge of the India job market, trends, and regulations

\- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

\- Proficiency in recruitment software, tools, and technologies

\- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

\- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Nice to Have:

\- Experience with cloud-based recruitment platforms and tools

\- Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and skill sets

\- Fluency in multiple languages (optional)
