## Description

The Procurement Manager will lead the development and growth of the company's procurement function while supporting capital projects, facility expansions, operations, maintenance, and supply chain requirements. Initially partnering closely with Finance, the Procurement Manager will help strengthen procurement governance, cash flow visibility, and SAP-driven processes while building a scalable procurement organization capable of supporting continued business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Implementation of the procurement strategy in the responsible product groups
-   Implementation of tenders, as well as preparation and conduct of negotiations within the specified framework
-   Supplier management incl. Evaluation of performance, quality and delivery capability
-   Analysis of procurement markets, as well as identification of savings and optimization potentials
-   Management of saving measures and cooperation in the achievement of defined targets
-   Ensure compliance with the Purchasing Directive, as well as all relevant processes and system requirements
-   Use and maintenance of e-procurement systems, as well as ensuring complete, correct documentation and data base
-   Close and trusting cooperation with specialist departments
-   Support in the further development of processes, standards and product group strategies.

## Requirements

### **Education & Experience:**

-   5 years of purchasing, buying, sourcing, or procurement experience
-   Experience in purchasing or supply chain environment
-   Experience in conducting tenders and negotiations
-   Knowledge of supplier management and evaluation of supplier services
-   Experience in handling ERP systems
-   Basic understanding of cost structures and economic contexts
-   Analytical skills and structured and independent working methods
-   Communication strength and ability to cooperate with different specialist areas
-   Presentation skills.
