## Description

Guess, a renowned leader in the global fashion industry, is seeking a Store Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support their team in daily operations, ensuring the store provides exceptional service and achieves its sales goals.

-   Store Manager in daily operations and overall management of the store.
-   Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
-   Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
-   Ensure product displays, signage, and merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store.
-   Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure a knowledgeable team.
-   Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment and orders.
-   Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
-   Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate others.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
-   Univercity diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
