### Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications tailored to the staffing and recruiting domain.
-   Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative features and enhancements.
-   Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
-   Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
-   Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues promptly.
-   Contribute to the architecture and design discussions to build scalable and maintainable systems.
-   Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems when appropriate.
-   Assist in the deployment and monitoring of applications to ensure high availability and reliability.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
-   Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or related industries.
-   Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
-   Experience with web frameworks and technologies including React, Node.js, or Angular is highly desirable.
-   Familiarity with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
-   Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
-   Strong communication skills with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
