## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Manufacturing Engineer** to support and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production methods for copper and fiber cable products.

This position is ideal for an engineer with strong **extrusion experience** who enjoys solving production challenges, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and working closely with production, maintenance, quality, and vendors.

## Requirements

-   **Bachelor’s degree** in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field
-   Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Process, Industrial & Systems, or Manufacturing Engineering/Technology
-   **Extrusion experience is required**
-   Fiber optic experience is a **strong plus**
-   Experience with manufacturing processes, machinery, equipment, tooling, or production methods
-   Experience with engineering studies, investigations, and process improvement
-   Knowledge of machine, equipment, and tool design
-   Experience with cost reduction and process optimization
-   Some project leadership experience, including small capital projects
-   Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**
-   Knowledge of statistical software is a plus
