## Description

**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Location:** Tennessee  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year

We are seeking a **Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)** to provide therapy to clients throughout Tennessee through telehealth. The position includes assessments, ongoing counseling, treatment planning, and coordination with the clinical team. Clients may present with concerns related to **mood, trauma, stress, and major life transitions**. The clinician will work with each client to identify appropriate goals, provide counseling and practical support, and monitor progress over time.

### Responsibilities

-   Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealth
-   Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic impressions, and treatment plans
-   Help clients develop coping strategies and connect with appropriate resources
-   Complete risk assessments and safety plans when clinically indicated
-   Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
-   Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical reviews
-   Follow applicable Tennessee licensing requirements and professional standards

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
-   Active **LCSW license in the state of Tennessee**.
-   1–2+ years of post-master’s clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or community mental health.
-   Experience with telehealth or willingness to learn virtual care workflows.
-   Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
