Westview International Language School is Hiring!

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team.

Position: Social Worker

Key Responsibilities:

\* Provide social, emotional, and behavioral support to students.

\* Identify students who require additional support and follow up on their cases.

\* Maintain accurate and confidential student records and case documentation.

\* Work closely with students, parents, teachers, and the Inclusion Team.

\* Support students with social, family, behavioral, and adjustment-related challenges.

\* Monitor students’ progress and provide appropriate interventions and follow-up.

\* Support safeguarding and student well-being initiatives.

\* Refer cases to specialized professionals when necessary.

\* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with school policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

\* Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

\* Previous experience as a Social Worker, preferably in a school or educational setting.

\* Good understanding of child and adolescent development.

\* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\* Strong case management, follow-up, and documentation skills.

\* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.

\* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

\* Patient, empathetic, and approachable personality.

\* Good command of English, written and spoken.

\* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

\* Knowledge of child safeguarding and protection procedures is an advantage

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or relevant field.
-   Teaching certification
-   Experience teaching English to elementary-level students is a plus.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to foster a nurturing and effective learning atmosphere.
-   Good organizational skills and adaptability.
