Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (On-site)

### What You’ll Do

-   Own and execute high-quality visual design for in-app elements and all marketing materials like videos, banners etc.
-   Maintain and enforce strict visual consistency across the entire platform and all user-facing creative assets (campaigns, social, website).
-   Design visual assets for marketing, and in-app use ensuring they align with the design system and brand guidelines.
-   Assist in creating infographics and presentation designs.
-   Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions.

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

-   Student or recent graduate in design/related fields.
-   Decent proficiency in Figma, Draw, and other design tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.
-   Strong sense of visual design and color theory.
-   A strong portfolio or at least one complete project showcasing visual materials is a differentiator.
-   Bonus Points: Knowing how to use and brainstorm with AI tools to enhance and speed up the design workflow.
