**Location:** 123 W. Imperial Ave. (On-site)    
**Compensation:** Hourly Rate + Commission/bonus opportunities    
**Schedule:** 40 hours/week; must be flexible, including weekends

### About the Role 

As a Leasing Specialist, you are the first impression of the FLATS brand. You’ll guide prospective residents through the full leasing journey—from initial inquiry to move-in—while delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and is motivated by building relationships and closing deals. 

### Key Responsibilities 

-   Deliver an exceptional first impression by engaging prospective residents and providing personalized property tours  

-   Drive leasing performance by following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing leases to meet occupancy goals  

-   Provide a warm, solutions-oriented experience that anticipates needs and resolves concerns to support resident satisfaction and retention  

-   Manage leasing operations, including processing applications, preparing lease agreements, and maintaining accurate records  

-   Stay current on pricing, availability, and promotions while ensuring units are market-ready and coordinating move-ins and move-outs  

-   Maintain awareness of local market trends and represent the brand at community events and marketing initiatives

## Requirements

### Qualifications 

-   Previous luxury lease-up experience required  

-   Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills  

-   Excellent communication and professional presence  

-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail  

-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  

-   Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
