### **Psychiatrist – Suboxone Program | PHP/IOP | Chattanooga, TN**

**Location:** Chattanooga, TN  
**Schedule:** Full Time  
**Setting:** Partial Hospitalization (PHP) / Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program  

### **About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Psychiatrist** to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team in **Chattanooga, Tennessee**. The ideal candidate will provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients participating in our **Suboxone-based addiction treatment program**, as well as clinical oversight for our **PHP and IOP levels of care**.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients receiving Suboxone and related therapies.
-   Provide **medical directorship and clinical oversight** for the PHP/IOP programs.
-   Supervise and collaborate with midlevel providers (NPs/PAs) to ensure quality of care and compliance with treatment protocols.
-   Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide input on patient care planning.
-   Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
-   Promote an integrated, patient-centered approach to behavioral health and substance use recovery.

### **Qualifications**

-   **MD or DO** with active Tennessee medical license.
-   **Board Certified or Board Eligible** in Psychiatry.
-   DEA license with Suboxone (buprenorphine) waiver.
-   Prior experience in addiction medicine, PHP/IOP, or dual-diagnosis settings preferred.
-   Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
