## Description

Eram Talent is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Program Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and analyzing data programs to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes. As a Data Program Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various teams to translate raw data into meaningful insights, ultimately contributing to the success of our initiatives.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist in the design, implementation, and management of data programs aimed at collecting and analyzing vital information.
-   Collect and manage data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
-   Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and program outcomes.
-   Analyze program data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
-   Support stakeholders by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data sharing and communication.
-   Prepare presentations and reports to convey complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
-   Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and program management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
-   3+ years of experience in data analysis or program management.
-   Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
-   Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
-   Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
-   Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
-   Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
