### Location and schedule:

Looking for a **German-speaking remote job in Greece** with a fixed Monday–Friday schedule, no shifts and weekends off?

-   **Possible starts: 2.11 or ASAP** – we can adapt the start date to your availability
-   **Fully remote work from anywhere in Greece**
-   **Important:** candidates must already live in Greece – relocation support is not available for this role
-   **Fixed schedule:** Monday–Friday, 09:30–17:30 (Greek time, 40 hours/week, no shifts, weekends off)

### Project:

**As a German Sales Advisor,** you will support business owners interested in developing their online sales through one of the world’s leading e-commerce platforms. You will introduce the platform’s business opportunities, help new sellers complete their free registration, reconnect with inactive clients and recommend solutions tailored to their business needs.

### As a German Sales Advisor you will:

-   **Speak with business owners interested in increasing their online sales**
-   Present the platform and explain its business benefits
-   **Support new sellers with free registration and onboarding**
-   Reconnect with inactive clients and introduce relevant opportunities
-   **Recommend solutions tailored to each client’s business needs**
-   Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
-   Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records

### Competitive salary and remuneration system:

-   **Base salary:** 1,250 gross/month x14
-   **Performance bonus:** 200–250 gross/month
-   **Additional sales bonuses** based on results
-   **Daily meal allowance:** 3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month) via Mastercard
-   **Anniversary bonus:** 500 gross after the first year of employment
-   **Two additional salaries per year** in accordance with Greek labor law – one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer

**Total monthly package: 1,250–1,500 gross/month + additional sales bonuses + meal allowance, depending on performance.**

### Requirements:

-   **German at C1/C2 level**, spoken and written
-   **English at B2 level** or higher
-   **You already live in Greece** and can work remotely from within the country
-   EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece
-   **Previous sales experience in any form is required** – for example retail sales, telesales, B2B, customer-facing sales or similar
-   **Stable and fast internet connection with LAN access at home**
-   Strong communication skills
-   Customer-oriented and sales-focused mindset
-   Interest in business conversations and helping clients grow
