**We are seeking** for a passionate IT Solution Architect to join our team and help make great things happen. As part of our Product team, you will be right at the heart of developing and running +16 systems where Workday is at the core of our HR processes, alongside legal and patent systems such as  Legora, EquatePlus and IPFolio.In addition, you will help evolve a range of smaller HR systems into a more scalable and cohesive solution supporting future proof and automated HR processes

You will join the Global Support Function IT Product team within Global IT - a small dynamic team of four friendly colleagues. You will report directly to People Leader Lene Rhein Larsen, who is based in Hellerup, and your workplace will also be our Hellerup office.

**Your key responsibilities will be:**

-   Own the design and delivery of IT solutions, working in close partnership with the business to translate needs into scalable system architecture.
-   To confidently challenge requirements to ensure simplicity, robustness, and with a risk-based approach.
-   Ensure clear and concise documentation that adds real value.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization with a global mindset.
-   Participate in daily operations across multiple systems with many interactions with other colleagues in IT.
-   Ensure that solutions meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

You have a degree in Computer Science, IT, or something completely different. You are great at understanding data flows, including integrations, as well as understanding how technologies/solutions can support business processes (with a flair for system architecture). You are also quick to pick up new skills and genuinely curious to keep learning and expanding your knowledge.

Furthermore, **you have**:

-   In depth knowledge of HR and/or legal processes
-   Preferable 3 years+ of experience with a major HRIT system, such as Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM Experience with integrations and system testing, including documentation
-   Experience working in an agile setting in a product team

It is an advance if you have hands-on experience with configuring Workday, but not a requirement.

**Travel:** 5-10 days per year.
