## Description

**Pay Range:**

**$35/hr - $$$ DOE**

**Join Our Maintenance & Reliability Team**

Are you an experienced electrician who enjoys solving complex electrical problems and keeping critical equipment

running at peak performance? We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support the

maintenance, repair, installation, and optimization of electrical and automated systems in a fast-paced industrial

environment.

In this role, you will work alongside maintenance professionals, engineers, and operations teams to troubleshoot

equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support automation systems that keep production

moving.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical malfunctions in machinery and industrial systems to minimize

downtime.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, testing, and cleaning of motors, panels, wiring, and

electrical components.

• Install, test, and calibrate electrical equipment, conduit, and control panels using blueprints and technical

schematics.

• Work with PLCs, sensors, motor starters, drives, and industrial automation systems.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NEC requirements, and company safety standards.

**Common Duties**

• Conduct routine testing to identify issues before equipment failures occur.

• Replace relays, switches, motors, and other electrical components.

• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and service records.

• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and production teams to improve reliability.

## Requirements

• Experience or training in the Electrician world

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school training or apprenticeship preferred.

• Previous experience as a maintenance electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Ability to read electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical schematics.

• Proficiency using multimeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical diagnostic tools.

• Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
