Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opening for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Banking industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking clients, ensuring they have a satisfactory banking experience.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information about banking products and services.
-   Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and general banking-related questions.
-   Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
-   Provide guidance on banking procedures and help customers navigate through online banking platforms.
-   Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and regulations to offer accurate advice and assistance.
-   Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement.
-   Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and address complex customer issues.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
-   Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
