Mercier Consultancy Group is offering a rewarding opportunity for a _German Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant_ to work in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, with paid relocation assistance. This role is tailored for individuals eager to provide excellent customer service in a dynamic car rental environment while experiencing the rich culture of Plovdiv.

As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking clients throughout the rental process, ensuring their experience is smooth and enjoyable.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Provide professional and friendly support to German-speaking customers regarding rental inquiries, bookings, and vehicle returns.
-   Handle vehicle check-in and check-out, including thorough inspections and proper documentation.
-   Explain rental agreements, terms, and policies clearly and transparently to customers.
-   Collaborate closely with operations to ensure fleet availability and prompt resolution of rental issues.
-   Stay informed about current promotions, fleet updates, and company procedures to offer accurate information.

## Requirements

### Qualifications:

-   Fluent German speaking and writing skills; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Prior experience in customer service or the car rental industry is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a strong customer orientation.
-   Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Comfortable using computer systems and rental management software.
-   Willingness to relocate to Plovdiv, Bulgaria, with paid relocation support.
