### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide expert advice and support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding online payment platforms.
-   Resolve client inquiries and technical issues related to payment processing promptly and effectively.
-   Conduct training sessions and assist clients in utilizing our payment solutions efficiently.
-   Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
-   Collaborate with technical and product teams to address and resolve complex client issues.
-   Stay updated with latest trends and developments in online payment technologies and industry standards.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English is required; please ensure to clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Knowledge of online payment platforms and relevant technologies is advantageous.
-   Willingness to work and relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
