**Rad Tech - Weekends (Friday 11a-9p, Saturday and Sunday 7a-10p) - $50 an hour!**

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiology Technician to join our team. The Radiology Technician will perform diagnostic imaging examinations such as X-rays, CT scans, and other radiologic procedures in accordance with physician requests and established protocols. This role requires a patient-focused individual with excellent technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform various radiologic imaging examinations as requested by physicians.
-   Prepare and position patients properly to ensure quality diagnostic images.
-   Operate radiology imaging equipment safely and effectively.
-   Maintain patient records and document procedures accurately.
-   Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
-   Assist in maintaining and calibrating imaging equipment.
-   Provide excellent patient care and communicate clearly with patients and medical staff.

## Requirements

-   Completion of formal training in Radiologic Technology from an accredited institution.
-   Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
-   Valid state licensure to practice as a Radiology Technician.
-   Minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferred.
-   Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Detail-oriented with ability to follow strict safety protocols.
