The Missing Link is an Australian IT company specialising in Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure and Cloud solutions. We work with leading organisations to deliver practical technology outcomes and are looking for an experienced contractor to join an upcoming enterprise vulnerability remediation engagement.

## The Role

We are seeking a **Senior Endpoint Vulnerability Remediation Engineer** for a **3–4 month contract**.

This is a hands-on remediation role. You’ll take identified vulnerabilities, determine the best remediation approach and engineer scalable fixes across an enterprise endpoint environment, rather than simply analysing and reporting vulnerabilities.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Drive endpoint vulnerability remediation using **Microsoft Intune and Defender Vulnerability Management**
-   Engineer and deploy patches and application updates at scale
-   Develop **PowerShell automation** for remediation, detection and validation
-   Troubleshoot deployment blockers and failed updates
-   Prioritise Critical and High vulnerabilities
-   Rationalise outdated, unsupported and unsanctioned applications

## About You

You’ll bring strong hands-on experience with:

-   Microsoft Intune
-   Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management
-   Enterprise application packaging and deployment
-   PowerShell and endpoint automation
-   Windows endpoint troubleshooting
-   Vulnerability and patch remediation at scale
