**The Role**

To support our rapid growth and protect the ethical integrity of our free clinician ecosystem, we are looking for **Strategic & Clinical Advisory Board Member**. We are looking for mission-aligned leaders to lend their credibility, high-level perspective, and guidance.

## Requirements

**Who We Are Looking For (Two Tracks)**

We are inviting experts who qualify under **either** of the following:

-   **Executive & Governance Track:**

-   Current or former **Founders, CEOs, or Board Members** of notable organisations.
-   Senior leaders from relevant **NGOs, non-profits, or government bodies** focused on public health, mental health advocacy, social impact or relevant.

-   **Clinical & Psychiatric Track:**

-   Licensed or registered **Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Therapists or similar**.
-   Practitioners passionate about digital health ethics, professional standards, and expanding access to free mental health resources.

**Role Expectations & Commitments**

-   **Low Operational Friction:** Designed specifically for busy executives and active clinicians. No daily or weekly operational deliverables.
-   **Annual Advisory Meeting:** Participate in **1-2 formal advisory session per year** to review strategic direction and platform standards.
-   **Event & Ambassador Representation:** Occasionally join us at select industry conferences, community meetups, or sponsored events.
