In this position you will be part of our LTR Department, and you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Long-Term Leasing Department and our Sales Consultants but also maintaining excellent client relationships. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support to the Department’s daily operations.

🎯**Your Mission:**

-   Contract Administration: Prepare, issue, and review long-term rental agreements, lease contracts, and corporate frameworks.

-   Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant before activation.
-   Coordinate with Sales, Credit and Legal department to ensure all requirements are fulfilled
-   Inbound Inquiry Handling: Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and online channels providing prompt and professional responses.
-   Client Onboarding & Follow-up: Guide approved clients through the administrative onboarding process via phone and email.
-   Archiving: Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all historical rental records and active accounts.

## Requirements

-   Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
