**Hiring HR Manager in Oak Brook, IL**

**On-site, Full time**

Chestnut Health is a high growth physician group specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R).  We care for patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs). We partner with medical teams to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care focusing on restoring function, managing pain, improving mobility.

## Requirements

-   7+ years of HR generalist experience
-   Familiarity with Provider Recruitment (NP’s & PA’s) and Compensation
-   Scaling HR business processes in start-up environments
-   Serve as a business partner to senior leadership team
-   Preference for Healthcare Industry – Large scale physician groups
-   Proficient understanding of HR company policies, processes, and procedures
-   Proficient understanding of Payroll, 401K/Plan administration, Employee Benefits
