## Description

### Position: Legal Digital Marketing & Technology Specialist (U.S. Compliance)

**Location: South Africa -** Remote

**Job Type:** Full-Time (US Hours - 9am - 5pm EST)

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and regulations
-   Collaborate with legal teams to review marketing content, technologies, and platforms for compliance.
-   Monitor and audit digital marketing practices to ensure ongoing adherence to legal standards.
-   Stay updated on legal developments related to digital marketing and technology in the U.S.
-   Manage the technology stack for digital marketing, ensuring data privacy and security compliance.
-   Advise the marketing team on legal best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
-   Assist in training staff on compliance requirements related to digital marketing technologies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   Experience in digital marketing with a focus on U.S. legal compliance.
-   Strong understanding of digital privacy laws and regulations, and other relevant legislation.
-   Experience using Automation tools; Calendar tools; CRM; Google Ads; Google Workspace; Project management tools; QuickBooks; VoIP
-   Technical proficiency with digital marketing tools and technology platforms.
-   Excellent analytical and attention to detail skills.
-   Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
-   Experience working remotely and managing projects across cross-functional teams.
