**AdvisaCare** is seeking Top of Line **Licensed Practical Nurse/ Registered Nurse** to service our clients for **Private Duty In-Home Care** in the **Farmington Hills,** **MI** area. If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need - strive to offer the right care customized to each individual all while honoring his or her preferences, choices, abilities and specific needs - **YOU'RE THE ONE** we're looking for!!

\-MUST be available on weekends

\-MUST be willing to travel to Milford, MI when clients is at moms

\-MUST be willing to work 12 hour shifts 7p-7a

\-Part time/PRN available

## Requirements

-   **Current MI Nursing License**
-   **High School Diploma or GED**
-   **Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license**
-   **Ability to work independently and in a team**
-   **Able to pass drug screen (Including THC) and background check**
