Shift: Day & Night shift, 36/40 hrs

Duration: 13 weeks

### Responsibilities

-   Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
-   Function effectively as a circulating nurse in a variety of surgical specialties.
-   Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and interdisciplinary team members.
-   Maintain a safe and sterile operating room environment.
-   Perform accurate patient assessments, documentation, and medication administration.
-   Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative process and respond appropriately to changes.
-   Adhere to hospital policies, AORN standards, and patient safety protocols.

## Requirements

Experience Required: 3 years

License Required: CA state License

Certifications Required: AHA BLS/ACLS

Charting: EPIC required
