Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Content Moderator fluent in Danish and English. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the quality of user-generated content across platforms while ensuring compliance with community guidelines. Your expertise will help create a safe and engaging online environment for Danish-speaking users.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community standards and guidelines.
-   Respond to user inquiries regarding moderation policies and provide necessary support.
-   Identify and report any harmful or inappropriate content, escalating issues as required.
-   Monitor content trends and user behaviors to improve moderation practices.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to refine community guidelines and enhance user experience.
-   Document moderation actions to maintain accurate records for audits and performance feedback.
-   Participate in training sessions to keep updated on best practices and moderation tools.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in both Danish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
-   Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of online community standards and user engagement strategies.
-   Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities.
-   Ability to approach sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
-   Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage content-related challenges.
