## Requirements

Script writer-

-   Strong understanding of storytelling in under 60 seconds
-   Ability to write sharp, attention-grabbing openings (hook mastery)
-   Understanding of ad metrics — especially CTR, watch time, and drop-off rates
-   Ability to write for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and formats (reels, teasers, ads)
-   Knowledge of visual language — understanding how copy translates into visuals and what frames grab attention
-   Ability to simplify messaging and make it relatable
-   Trend-spotting and adapting content style to current formats
-   Basic knowledge of transitions, camera shots, and pacing to visualize scripts better
-   Reads a lot — books, articles, and content from top writers globally — to develop visual literacy and understand narrative depth
-   Actively watches movies, short films, and ads to gain creative references and recognize what works visually and emotionally
-   Ability to work with creative prompts for videos and judge content quality during execution
-   Strong command over two languages minimum — **English and their Malayalam** language — both written and spoken, to bring cultural nuance and flexibility in writing
