-   Supporting customers via phone, chat and e-mail
-   Helping users navigate digital payment and banking-related services
-   Solving customer questions professionally and efficiently
-   Providing a smooth and positive customer experience
-   Assisting customers with new and existing services
-   Working closely with an international team in a fast-moving environment
-   Learning modern customer communication and problem-solving skills

## Requirements

-   Fluent Danish speaker
-   Good English skills (written & spoken)
-   Interest in fintech, digital payments, banking or technology
-   Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
-   Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
-   Positive attitude and team spirit
-   Previous customer service experience is a plus
