Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Airline Customer Service Agent. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about travel and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking passengers navigating their airline needs.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide top-tier customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist passengers with inquiries related to flights, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
-   Effectively resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers with professionalism and care.
-   Stay knowledgeable about airline services, policies, and updates to deliver accurate information.
-   Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
-   Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
-   Participate in continuous training to stay updated on service standards and improvements.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or tourism industry.
-   Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
-   Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
-   Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
-   A passion for travel and helping customers achieve an enjoyable experience.
