**Founding AI Software Engineer**

A fast-growing Munich tech start-up is hiring an early-stage Software Engineer to help build and ship AI-powered products at pace.

  

You’ll work closely with the founders, take real ownership from day one, and have a major say in the product, architecture, and engineering culture. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ambiguity, moves quickly, and wants to see their work in customers’ hands, not stuck in a backlog.

  

**What we’re looking for**

-   Strong software engineering experience, ideally across product, backend, or full-stack development
-   Experience building with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or modern AI application tooling
-   Exposure to technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock
-   A practical, ownership-led mindset: able to make decisions, solve problems, and ship without lots of process
-   Excitement about the reality of early-stage start-up life: high autonomy, changing priorities, and plenty of opportunity to make an impact
