## Description

**Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Client Services Administrator** for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

**Role overview**

You will be the dependable day-to-day contact for a UK firm's clients, owning requests, paperwork and follow-up from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where accuracy and follow-through matter every day, and you will be trusted to work independently without being chased. You will also be part of a supportive remote team, with regular check-ins, clear priorities and the tools you need to do your best work from day one, so you always know what good looks like.

You will work UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK, 11:00–19:00 SAST) from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers. Remote Recruitment supports you from placement onwards.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Respond to client emails and calls promptly and professionally
-   Set up and maintain client records in the CRM
-   Prepare documents, quotes and renewals
-   Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
-   Track requests so nothing is left waiting

**What you'll need**

-   Experience in a client-facing admin or account support role
-   Confident with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
-   Excellent written English
-   Strong organisation and follow-through
-   Calm, polite manner with clients

**Nice to have**

-   Experience in professional services
-   Zendesk or Freshdesk familiarity
-   Basic reporting in Excel
